Born and raised in St. Louis, with chapters of her life spent in Connecticut and Puerto Rico, Cadie Connors now calls Texas home. There, she and her husband of nearly thirty years raised three sons—settling just thirty miles from where her great-great-grandfather, Peter O’Reilly, lived, and mere blocks from the very railroad tracks he built with his own hands.
